Order Processing

We need 3-4 working days to process your order. We will contact you through email to confirm your order and shipping address, we will not start processing your order until a confirmation email is recieved from you. This is to make sure that that nothing goes wrong.

Order Cancelation

You can cancel your order within ONE DAY after payment is recieved and we will deduct 10% administration fees.

Shipping information

Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International and it takes 7-21 days to get your package (usually its within 10 days after the package is dispatched) and tracking number is provided to you to check on your package status. The delivery speeds listed above are estimates only and sa3afa.com does not make any guarantee as to the timeliness of delivery.

Returns or Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges are ONLY accepted if we ship the wrong item or the product is damaged. And this should be initiated within 25 days of the ship day. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached and undamged original box. We will make sure that we ship exactly what you have ordered to create a pleasant shopping exprience with us.

How Do I Make A Return?

Contact us for return form, you will need to pack up your items for shipment (in the original package if possible). Please note: It may take 7-14 days to process your return.
